Limoncello Martini

1 serving

1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron vodka

1 1/2 oz limoncello liqueur

2 oz simple syrup

1 - 1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

Lemon twist, to garnish

In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine the vodka, Limoncello, simple syrup, and lemon juice in. Shake well. Dip the rim of a martini glass in lemon juice, and then dip it in sugar. Swirl half a lemon around the rim of a margarita glass and dip in sugar. Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
