She has owned and operated her own catering business for over 15 years. During that time she has catered wedding receptions, golf tournaments, company picnics and on one occasion fed lunch to over 1,000 people. She has helped her many clients create memorable occasions, both formal and casual. She creates all her menus to make the most of the season's bounty and prepares everything from scratch.
